What planners usually like:

• Round-the-clock availability removes scheduling constraints, particularly useful for clients with unconventional timing needs or those coordinating guests across time zones
• Brewery location offers character and a built-in beverage program, which can simplify bar management and potentially reduce per-head costs
• Team emphasizes communication and partnership throughout the planning process, reducing administrative friction

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics – Request exact guest counts for different room configurations (cocktail, seated dinner, theatre-style) to ensure the space fits your event properly
• Catering details – Confirm whether catering is included, if external caterers are permitted, menu options, and any per-head minimums or service charges
• Amenities and setup – Ask about AV capabilities, table/chair configurations, kitchen access, parking, and any decor restrictions, as these aren't listed online
• Peak-time availability – Despite 24-hour operations, confirm actual availability for your preferred date/time and any premium pricing for weekends or extended hours
