Diamond Heights Banquet Room

Best For:

• Corporate conferences and seminars
• Large wedding receptions and ceremonies
• Community gatherings and fundraising events
• Association meetings and conventions

Estimated Budget Range: Unable to provide a reliable estimate due to lack of pricing information. San Francisco auditorium venues typically range from $1,500–$5,000+ for room rental depending on capacity, day of week, and season. Contact the venue directly for actual quotes, as costs vary significantly based on guest count and service requirements.

What planners usually like:

• Dedicated auditorium setup supports theater-style or classroom configurations without requiring extensive room restructuring
• Located in an established San Francisco neighborhood with accessible street address
• Responsive team willing to work directly with planners on customization
• Phone contact available for real-time discussion of event specifics

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity details — Get exact guest counts for different configurations (theater, banquet rounds, classroom style) to confirm the space fits your event
• Amenities and equipment — Confirm what's included (tables, chairs, AV equipment, lighting, kitchen facilities, parking) versus what requires additional rental or fees
• Restrictions and policies — Ask about event time limits, alcohol policies, outside catering permissions, and setup/breakdown windows
• Availability and flexibility — Discuss booking windows, deposit requirements, cancellation policies, and whether pricing varies by day/time to plan your budget accurately
