DELREY EVENTS

Best For:

• Corporate events and business meetings
• Private parties and celebrations
• Small to mid-sized gatherings (likely under 150 guests based on suite designation)
• Client consultations and planning sessions

Estimated Budget Range: Contact venue directly for pricing. Based on the Pasadena location and event venue classification, expect moderate to mid-range pricing typical for Southern California venues. Actual costs will depend on guest count, date, and services included. Budget $2,000–$8,000+ as a preliminary planning figure, but this is an estimate only.

What planners usually like:

• Convenient Pasadena location accessible to greater Los Angeles area
• Extended weekday hours (until 7:00 PM) allow flexibility for evening events and planning consultations
• Team emphasizes clear communication and attentive service—valuable for detailed coordination
• Willingness to work with clients from early concept through final execution

Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm actual guest capacity, as this significantly impacts event type options and pricing
• Request detailed amenities list (A/V capabilities, catering options, kitchen access, parking, setup/breakdown policies)
• Understand what's included in base pricing versus add-on costs (tables, chairs, linens, staffing, etc.)
• Verify availability and any restrictions for your preferred date, since hours are limited on Friday/Saturday and closed Sundays
