Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm actual guest capacity and whether it can be subdivided for smaller events or expanded for larger ones
• Get a complete amenities list—ask specifically about tables, chairs, linens, bar setup, kitchen facilities, sound/lighting equipment, and WiFi availability
• Understand what's included in the venue fee versus what costs extra (catering, bar service, setup/breakdown, overtime fees)
• Verify their cancellation and rescheduling policy, especially regarding deposits and timeline flexibility
