Common questions
What types of events does Classique Event Place typically host?
Based on venue characteristics and Lagos market demand, this venue works well for corporate events, business seminars, product presentations, and private gatherings. However, you should contact them directly to confirm if they accommodate weddings, birthday celebrations, or other specific event categories you're considering.
The capacity isn't listed online—how do I determine if it fits my guest count?
This is a key question to ask during your initial call at +234 818 319 6423. Request specific capacity figures for different room configurations, as the same space can accommodate different numbers depending on seating arrangement (theater, classroom, banquet, cocktail style).
Are weekday events more affordable than weekend bookings?
Many Lagos venues offer tiered pricing, with weekday rates typically lower than Saturdays. Since Classique Event Place operates Monday–Saturday, confirm their weekend pricing structure during your inquiry. Sunday events aren't an option here, so plan accordingly if that's your preferred date.
What should I budget for a corporate event at this venue?
Without published rates, budget flexibility is essential. For a rough estimate, plan ₦200–400 per person for venue rental in Oregun for 50–100 guests, but this varies significantly by room specifications and services included. Always request itemized quotes to understand what's covered versus additional costs.
Can I bring my own caterer, or is in-house catering mandatory?
This isn't specified in their listing, making it a priority question during booking discussions. Some Lagos venues require exclusive catering partnerships, while others allow external vendors with restrictions. Clarify policies upfront to avoid cost surprises or logistical conflicts.
Is parking available for guests, and what are the parking arrangements?
Oregun is a busy commercial area with limited street parking. Confirm whether Classique Event Place offers dedicated guest parking, secured parking, or if attendees must find nearby alternatives. This detail significantly impacts guest experience and event accessibility.
