What planners usually like:

• Located in an accessible area of Kochi with convenient road connectivity on Perandoor Road, making it relatively easy for guests to reach
• Operates 24/7 throughout the week, offering flexibility for events that require extended hours or unconventional scheduling
• Appears to maintain direct communication with organizers, which can streamline the planning process and help address custom requirements

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request specific capacity details, including breakdown of available spaces (total capacity, breakout room sizes, theater-style vs. classroom-style configurations) to confirm the venue matches your expected attendee count
• Ask for a comprehensive amenities list—parking availability, in-house catering options, AV/technical capabilities, WiFi infrastructure, accessibility features, and any restrictions on outside vendors
• Confirm the actual pricing structure and what's included in the base rental (setup/breakdown time, tables, chairs, basic lighting) versus additional charges for services like catering, audio-visual, or decoration
• Verify the venue's experience with your specific event type and request references from recent similar events
