Arcadian Loft

Best For: Corporate events and meetings, evening/late-night celebrations, flexible-schedule gatherings, intimate to mid-sized celebrations

Estimated Budget Range: $2,000–$8,000+ (estimate based on downtown Toronto location and 8th-floor venue type; actual costs vary significantly depending on guest count, catering, and services selected. Contact the venue directly for precise pricing.)

What planners usually like:

• 24/7 availability removes scheduling constraints, useful for unconventional event times or back-to-back bookings
• Prime downtown Bay Street location offers accessibility and professional urban backdrop for guests
• Flexible operations suggest willingness to accommodate custom timelines and non-traditional event formats

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity and layout – Get specific guest counts, floor plan, and whether the space is divisible for multiple events
• Included amenities – Confirm what's built-in (tables, chairs, AV, lighting, kitchen facilities) versus what requires additional rental or vendor fees
• Event setup and breakdown times – Clarify how much time is allocated before/after your event, especially for evening or overnight bookings
• Catering and beverage policies – Determine if in-house catering is required, outside vendor restrictions, and whether alcohol service is permitted
