Arcadia Active Lifestyle Center

Yes, but with important limitations. The venue operates Saturdays 6 AM – 9 PM, which accommodates single-day tournaments or morning-to-evening competitions. However, the Sunday closure eliminates back-to-back weekend scheduling common for multi-day athletic tournaments. Confirm with the venue whether holiday Sundays or special event dates might receive exceptions to their standard closure policy.

The venue name indicates active lifestyle focus, but specific facility details aren't publicly listed. Before finalizing your event concept, contact them directly to confirm whether they have courts (badminton, basketball, volleyball), training equipment, timing systems, scoreboards, or other infrastructure essential to your event. This determines whether you'll need external equipment rentals and impacts your overall budget significantly.

The venue's position along Quimpo Boulevard and Ecoland Drive places it in a relatively central area with good road access from most Davao districts. However, verify parking capacity and whether public transportation options are convenient for your expected attendee volume. For events attracting participants from outlying areas, confirm whether the venue provides parking validation or has partnerships with nearby parking facilities.

The 6 AM opening time is advantageous for dawn fitness challenges, early-bird tournaments, or corporate wellness programs starting before standard business hours. Confirm whether setup access is available before 6 AM and whether staff arrive early to accommodate additional preparation time. Clarify any fees for extended setup periods or early facility access that might not be included in standard rental rates.

Amenities aren't specified in the venue information, so don't assume food service is available on-site. Contact the venue to ask whether they have cafeteria services, food vendor partnerships, or external catering policies. Understanding these restrictions early prevents last-minute coordination challenges for events where participants expect meal breaks or refreshment stations.

Since Arcadia focuses on active lifestyle programming, they likely have standard configurations optimized for athletic activities. Discuss whether the venue allows non-traditional setups, décor elements, branding installations, or structural modifications for corporate or themed wellness events. Get clarity on what's permitted versus prohibited to avoid conflicts between your event vision and facility policies.
