Amber Hall

Best For: Corporate events and business functions; Medium-sized weddings and receptions; Birthday parties and milestone celebrations; Community gatherings and social events

Estimated Budget Range: ₹50,000–₹2,00,000+ per event, depending on guest count, catering choices, and décor requirements. This is an estimate based on banquet hall standards in Pune's mid-range segment; actual costs will vary significantly based on capacity and specific services included.

What planners usually like:

• Accessible location on Shivajinagar's main commercial corridor with straightforward address for guest navigation
• Extended operating hours (9 AM–9 PM daily) provide flexibility for morning, afternoon, and evening event scheduling
• Associated with Hotel Shreyas, suggesting potential in-house catering and hospitality services that can simplify vendor coordination
• Consistent weekly availability without day-specific closures, useful for advance booking and flexible date selection

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics: Request exact guest capacity for different event setups (theater-style, banquet rounds, cocktail) to ensure it matches your expected attendance
• Amenities and inclusions: Confirm what's provided (tables, chairs, basic lighting, sound system, kitchen facilities, parking) versus what requires external vendors
• Catering policy: Determine if in-house catering is mandatory, pricing structure, and whether outside caterers are permitted
• Setup and breakdown times: Clarify whether your rental time includes setup/breakdown hours or if these incur additional charges, especially important for multi-day events
