What planners usually like:

• Full air-conditioning ensures year-round comfort, which is valuable in Chennai's climate

• South Kolathur location provides reasonable accessibility within the city and surrounding areas
• Responsive communication from the team helps streamline coordination

Things to clarify before booking:

• Exact capacity: The listing doesn't specify guest capacity—confirm whether the space suits your headcount and if multiple rooms are available
• Inclusive services: Ask what's covered (tables, chairs, lighting, sound system, kitchen facilities) versus what requires external vendors
• Catering policy: Determine if in-house catering is mandatory, if outside caterers are permitted, and what the associated costs are
• Additional charges: Clarify fees for decoration setup, parking, late-night extensions, or setup/cleanup time beyond standard hours
