530 Banquet

Best For: Small corporate events and meetings, intimate wedding receptions or engagement parties, local community gatherings, casual dining events for groups up to 100

Estimated Budget Range: ₹50,000–₹2,00,000+ for a full event (estimate based on venue type, capacity, and Ahmedabad market rates). Actual costs depend entirely on catering choices, duration, and day of the week. Contact the venue directly for their base rental fee and package options.

What planners usually like:

• Extended operating hours (9 AM–11 PM daily) provide flexibility for varied event timings and formats
• Accessible location near BRTS bus stand makes it convenient for guests using public transport
• Compact 100-guest capacity works well for intimate gatherings without excessive empty space or high minimum spend pressure
• Second-floor placement may offer some separation from street-level noise

Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm what amenities are actually included—the listing shows none, so ask about tables, chairs, basic décor, sound system, kitchen facilities, and WiFi availability
• Clarify the venue's catering policy: do they provide in-house catering, allow external caterers, or require a specific vendor?
• Request details on parking availability for guests, as location on a busy road may have limited options
• Verify their cancellation and rescheduling policy, and confirm if there are additional charges for setup, breakdown, or extended hours beyond standard timings
