What planners usually like:

• Extended daily hours (8 AM–10 PM) accommodate unconventional event timing and reduce scheduling conflicts with other vendors
• South Broad location offers central Philadelphia access with established transit and parking infrastructure for guests
• Reputation for clear communication and attention to detail reduces back-and-forth delays during planning phases
• Flexibility approach suggests willingness to adapt to different event formats and sizes

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity details – Get exact guest counts for different room configurations; this directly impacts budget and logistics planning
• Included amenities vs. rentals – Confirm what's provided (tables, chairs, AV, lighting, bar setup) versus what requires outside vendors or additional fees
• Setup and breakdown times – Clarify whether your 8 AM–10 PM window includes setup/breakdown or is guest-facing time only
• Catering and beverage policies – Ask about in-house options, outside vendor allowances, and any associated markups or service charges
