What planners usually like:

• Accessible location on Juhu Versova Link Road with clear landmark references (behind HDFC Bank), making it easy for guests to navigate
• Open daily operations (10 AM – 7 PM) provide flexibility for consultations and planning meetings throughout the week
• Established operator (DLA Khani Hospitality) suggests professional coordination and reliability
• Institutional setting may appeal to organizations seeking a formal, professional ambiance

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity and layout – Request exact guest capacity and available room configurations, as this isn't specified publicly
• Amenities and services – Confirm what's included (catering, sound/lighting, décor, parking, green rooms) versus what incurs additional costs
• Extension beyond operating hours – Clarify if evening events can extend past 7:00 PM and what surcharges apply
• Parking and logistics – Verify adequate parking availability for guests and vendor vehicle access, given the institutional location
