Things to clarify before booking:
Wedding Stories serves the Chandigarh region where mixed dietary preferences are standard. Contact them directly at +91 98883 52377 to discuss their vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and specialty menu offerings. Most established caterers in this region offer customized menus, so request samples of their standard options during your initial consultation.
This is critical to clarify before booking. Confirm whether their pricing includes serving staff, dishware, cutlery, serving tables, and decorative elements, or if these are additional costs. Many caterers in Chandigarh operate on different models, so getting this breakdown prevents unexpected expenses.
Given their tri-city service area and 24/7 operations, they likely have capacity for large events, but you'll need to discuss logistics directly. Ask about their maximum guest capacity, whether they can handle simultaneous events, and if they have multiple serving stations or teams for large gatherings.
Event catering typically requires 2-4 weeks' advance notice for menu finalization and logistics planning, though premium dates may book earlier. Contact them early to check availability for your intended date and understand their booking timeline and deposit requirements.
Many professional caterers offer tasting sessions to ensure menu approval. Ask if Wedding Stories provides this service, whether there's a tasting fee, how many people can attend, and whether they accommodate dietary restrictions during the tasting.
Clarify their policy on guest count changes—most caterers require notification within 5-7 days of the event. Understanding cancellation and modification terms upfront prevents disputes and helps with final headcount accuracy.
