Common questions
What lead time should I provide Revan Flower for a wedding with custom floral designs?
While specific timelines aren't publicly listed, custom floral work typically requires 2-4 weeks minimum for design consultation, sourcing premium flowers, and execution. For events during peak seasons (spring/wedding season) in Saudi Arabia, booking 6-8 weeks in advance is advisable to secure preferred flower varieties and ensure design availability. Contact them directly with your event date to confirm their current capacity.
Can Revan Flower handle the complete floral needs for a large corporate gala with multiple spaces?
Yes, based on their description of handling corporate events, they appear equipped for multi-space installations. However, you'll need to discuss logistics such as the number of arrangements needed, venue setup requirements, and whether they provide on-site coordination during the event to manage any last-minute adjustments.
How do they handle requests for specific flower types or colors that may be out of season?
Most premium floral boutiques source seasonal and imported flowers, but availability and cost vary significantly. Request a consultation to discuss your specific preferences, ask about alternatives they can source, and understand any premium pricing for non-seasonal blooms or specialty varieties.
Do they offer package deals combining floral arrangements with gift selections?
They market both flowers and curated gifts as part of their service offering, suggesting bundled solutions are possible. Request information on preset packages for different event types and budgets, or inquire about their ability to create customized bundles that align with your event theme and guest count.
What happens if flowers arrive damaged or don't meet expectations before my event?
Clarify their quality guarantee, replacement policy, and timeline for addressing issues. Ask specifically about their process if problems are discovered the day before or day-of the event, and confirm whether they maintain backup inventory for urgent replacements.
Are consultation and design services complimentary, or is there a fee?
Design consultation fees vary by vendor. Confirm whether initial design consultations are free, if custom mockups are included, and at what point costs are incurred. This helps you understand the true cost structure beyond just the floral arrangements themselves.
