The first ever UArctic Congress will take place in Saint Petersburg, Russia from September 12-16, 2016. Hosted by Saint Petersburg State University. The 2016 UArctic Rectors’ Forum and the 19th annual meeting of the Council of UArctic form an integral part of the congress.
