Event Description
Art City Austin 2016 is moving to the Palmer Event Center in 2016. This city’s original fine arts festival returns to the place of its origin – the site of the old City Colosseum where the festival launched in 1950 as Art Mart. We’ll have art both inside and out. This new festival site will offer you more parking, more shade, indoor restrooms, more art, and much more to come. We’re excited about this change and the many ways that it improves the festival. We’ll roll out more details over the coming months, but go ahead and save the dates now:

ZAPP® enables individual artists to apply online to multiple art shows through one central website, ZAPPlication.org. The online application process also allows artists to directly upload digital images of their artwork for jury review. The result is that all artwork in the system is in a consistent, high-quality, digital format. The digital images are presented to the jurors of each show and the system allows them to score online.
