Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SEO Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to increase the visibility and organic search ranking of our website. This remote position requires a strategic thinker with a keen understanding of online marketing trends and search engine algorithms.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough keyword research and identify target keywords.
  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and adjust our approach accordingly.
  • Optimize website content for search engines and user experience.
  • Ensure website architecture, including URL structure, is optimized for search engines.
  • Implement and optimize meta tags, headers, and descriptions.
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies.
  • Collaborate with content creators to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
  • Monitor and analyze backlink profile; identify and remove any potentially harmful backlinks.
  • Suggest improvements for content, layout, and keyword usage.
  • Regularly track and report on SEO performance and user engagement metrics.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects.
  • Make data-driven decisions to improve website performance.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and changes in SEO and major search engines.
  • Adjust SEO strategies promptly to accommodate search engine updates.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders about SEO strategies and results.

Requirements 

 

  • Demonstrable experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful SEO strategies.
  • Proficiency in using SEO and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz.
  • Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and trends, coupled with strategic thinking for effective SEO planning.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and clear articulation of SEO strategies and insights.

Your Experience

 

  • Extensive experience in SEO with a proven track record of improving website rankings and driving traffic.
  • Proficiency in using various SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies.
  • Experience with on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including link-building and content optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in monitoring, reporting, and analyzing website performance metrics.
