Lakeside Pavilion

Best For: Daytime gatherings and evening events (weddings, corporate functions, community celebrations, casual social events)

Estimated Budget Range: $800–$3,500+ per event. Without published pricing, actual costs depend on guest count, duration, catering requirements, and day of week. Contact the venue directly for a concrete quote based on your specific needs.

What planners usually like:

• Waterfront location provides natural aesthetic appeal without requiring extensive decoration
• Extended operating hours (6 AM–midnight daily) offer flexibility for morning brunches, full-day events, or evening functions
• Accessible Melbourne location on Lakeside Drive simplifies logistics for local guests
• Lakeside setting suggests outdoor or semi-outdoor space, useful for weather-dependent event planning

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity and layout – Confirm exact guest capacity and whether the space is indoor, outdoor, or both, as this directly affects your guest list and contingency planning
• Included amenities and setup – Request a detailed list of what's provided (tables, chairs, sound system, lighting, kitchen facilities, parking) versus what requires additional rental
• Weather contingencies – Clarify if there's covered space, and understand the venue's weather-related cancellation or postponement policies
• Catering and beverage policies – Confirm whether external catering is permitted, if BYO alcohol is allowed, and whether there are preferred vendor lists that affect your budget
