Things to clarify before booking:
While the vendor doesn't specify minimum booking periods publicly, contacting them directly at +971 4 397 6300 as soon as your date is confirmed is practical. This ensures availability for popular months (October-April in Dubai) and allows adequate planning time for customized catering and setup requirements.
Request examples of recent menus they've created for events similar to yours, ask about their ability to accommodate dietary restrictions (halal, vegan, allergies), and clarify whether they handle food setup, staff service, and cleanup as part of their catering package or as separate charges.
Yes, their experience with "various occasions" and extended hours support corporate needs. However, verify whether they offer breakout room configurations, AV equipment support, meeting setup coordination, and whether they've managed similar-scale corporate events in Dubai previously.
Clarify whether they offer bundled pricing for combined services or if you can book catering separately from planning. Understanding their à la carte vs. package structure helps you avoid paying for unnecessary services and budget more accurately.
Ask about their policy for modifications within 48-72 hours of your event, whether final headcount confirmations have specific deadlines, and what flexibility exists if your guest list increases or decreases closer to the date.
Request information about their years of experience, any specific event categories they specialize in, team size, and whether they provide photo references or client testimonials. This helps you assess their reliability compared to competing options in Oud Metha and surrounding areas.
