Things to clarify before booking:
Most San Francisco catering services require 2-4 weeks notice for standard events, though larger or specialized events may need more lead time. Contact Kitchen Woori directly through their website to check current availability and discuss your specific timeline, as their booking calendar can fill quickly, especially for weekend events.
Catering packages often include food, basic service, and tableware, but additional costs may apply for serving staff, specialty rentals, delivery fees, or beverage service. Kitchen Woori's pricing structure should be discussed during your initial consultation—ask for a detailed quote breakdown so there are no surprises.
Most professional catering services in San Francisco can work with common dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free), but it's essential to discuss specific allergies and restrictions early in planning. Contact Kitchen Woori directly with your guest list's dietary requirements to confirm their capabilities and any associated modifications.
Some caterers include service staff in their packages, while others offer it as an add-on, and some clients arrange their own. Clarify with Kitchen Woori whether staffing is included, what roles they fill (setup, serving, cleanup), and what the associated costs are for your event size and format.
Event details often shift closer to the date. Ask Kitchen Woori about their policy for adjusting final headcount, menu changes, and what happens if you need to reschedule or cancel—knowing these terms upfront prevents misunderstandings and unexpected fees.
Kitchen Woori is San Francisco-based, and catering services may charge delivery fees or have service radius limitations. Ask whether they can accommodate events in nearby areas (Bay Area suburbs, East Bay) and what, if any, additional charges apply for out-of-area events.
