What planners usually like:

• Seven-day availability with consistent 10 AM–7 PM hours simplifies coordination across multiple planning meetings and site visits
• Dedicated support model suggests they're comfortable working alongside external planners, reducing territorial friction on larger projects
• Located in Santacruz (West), a central Mumbai location with reasonable accessibility for clients across the city

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics – Confirm exact guest capacity and whether this varies by setup configuration (theater-style, banquet rounds, cocktail, etc.)
• In-house services vs. vendor partnerships – Determine what's included (catering, décor, sound/lighting) and what requires external vendors or their preferred list
• Space configuration – Clarify if the venue has multiple halls, outdoor areas, or a single space; important for multi-day events or parallel activities
• Amenities and inclusions – Explicitly list what's provided (tables, chairs, basic lighting, parking, kitchen access, WiFi) to avoid surprises in the final quote
