Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity limits – The website lists no capacity, which is essential for budgeting catering, rentals, and confirming your guest count fits the space
• Included amenities and setup – Confirm what's provided (sound system, lighting, tables, chairs, kitchen facilities, parking) versus what requires outside rentals
• Availability and restrictions – Ask about operating hours, blackout dates, preferred rental duration, and any restrictions on music, alcohol, or vendor policies
• Setup and breakdown time – Clarify what's included in rental time and whether there are additional fees for early setup or late breakdown
