Urban Rooftop Mty

No—the venue operates exclusively in evenings (5:00 PM–2:00 AM depending on day). Sunday hours are particularly limited (5:00–6:00 PM only), so this venue is designed for evening and nightlife events. If you need daytime availability, you'll need to consider alternative Centro venues.

The venue doesn't publicly list capacity or pricing. You must contact them directly via their Facebook page to discuss guest count requirements and receive a quote. Capacity will likely determine your final cost, so have your expected headcount ready before inquiring.

This information isn't specified. Before booking, confirm whether the venue permits outside vendors (caterers, sound technicians, decorators) or requires exclusive use of their partners. Some rooftop venues in Monterrey have strict vendor policies that impact overall event flexibility and cost.

Since it's an outdoor rooftop space, rain or extreme heat could affect your event. Ask about weather contingency options—does the venue have covered areas, can events be rescheduled, or is there a refund policy? Understanding these terms is critical for Centro Monterrey events, where weather can be unpredictable.

Friday (open until 2:00 AM) allows later events but may have higher demand and pricing. Monday–Thursday and Saturday offer standard midnight closures, which work well for 3–6 hour events. Sunday is impractical for most events due to the 5:00–6:00 PM window. Discuss availability and rates for your preferred date directly with management.

While the rooftop setting and evening hours suit both corporate cocktails and social events, the venue's Facebook presence suggests a nightlife-oriented operation. If you're planning a formal corporate event, clarify with them whether they offer appropriate lighting, sound quality, and professional setup capabilities. Some rooftop venues cater better to casual social events than formal business functions.
