Her Highness Banquets

Best For:

• Wedding receptions and ceremonies
• Corporate events and conferences
• Birthday celebrations and milestone parties
• Social gatherings and community events

Estimated Budget Range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹10,00,000+ (estimated). This range is based on typical banquet hall pricing in Pune's mid-to-premium segment. Actual costs depend on guest count, catering selections, decor, and add-on services. Contact the venue directly for precise quotes, as pricing varies significantly by event type and date.

What planners usually like:

• Extended operating hours (11 AM – 11 PM daily) allow flexible event scheduling, including morning events, afternoon functions, and evening celebrations without time constraints
• Central location in Viman Nagar/Clover Park offers good accessibility for guests traveling across Pune with reasonable parking proximity
• Stated focus on reliability and clear communication suggests responsive management, which simplifies coordination during planning and execution
• 2nd-floor positioning in Lunkad Sky Cruise likely provides separate event spaces, reducing noise spillover and maintaining event privacy

Things to clarify before booking:

• Exact capacity and space layout: Confirm usable floor space, column placement, and whether the hall can be subdivided for smaller events or configured for different setups
• Catering and beverage policies: Determine if in-house catering is mandatory, outside catering permitted, bar service availability, and any restrictions on alcohol or specific cuisines
• Included amenities and add-ons: Clarify what's provided (tables, chairs, basic lighting, PA system, parking) versus what incurs additional charges (decoration, premium sound/video, valet service)
• Booking policies and payment terms: Ask about advance deposit requirements, cancellation/rescheduling policies, weather contingencies, and whether rates vary by day of week or season
