Things to clarify before booking:
The venue doesn't list specific capacity online, which is common for flexible event spaces in Cancun. You'll need to contact them directly to confirm whether they can accommodate your guest count—this is essential before serious planning. Knowing exact capacity helps you determine if they're suitable for intimate 30-person dinners or larger 200+ person celebrations.
This is one of the most important questions to clarify early. Many Cancun venues have exclusive catering agreements that restrict outside vendors, while others allow full flexibility. Confirming this affects your budget significantly and determines whether you can work with a specific caterer you prefer.
Supermanzana 227 is in a residential area of Cancun with local street infrastructure. Ask the venue about dedicated parking availability, whether there's street parking nearby, and if the location is easily accessible for out-of-town guests unfamiliar with Cancun. This matters significantly for guest experience and should inform your transportation recommendations.
Request an itemized breakdown covering table and chair setup, basic decoration options, sound system, lighting, air conditioning, and how long you can use the space. Clarify whether setup and breakdown time are included in your rental duration, and ask about additional charges for extended hours or special services.
Share your specific event type (corporate, wedding, celebration) and ask about their past events and references. Venues in Cancun often specialize in certain event categories, and knowing their experience with your event style helps ensure they understand your needs and can provide relevant recommendations.
Ask about required deposits, payment schedules, cancellation policies, and how far in advance you should book—especially important in Cancun where tourism seasons affect availability. Understanding these details prevents surprises and gives you clarity on financial commitment before moving forward.
Share a few details and they will get back to you.
